This oil pipeline will provide transport for up to 600 million cubic feet a day of natural gas from southern Texas to Escobedo, Nuevo León, and this will offer access to industrial sites in northern Mexico access to natural gas at the most competitive price in the country and, at the same time, provide producers in southern Texas access to many of the new growing markets.

SCOPE OF PROJECT

Civil work

  • Grinding of existing vegetation.
  • Right of way felling, taking out the vegetal and mineral layers with the help of bulldozers and excavators.
  • Trenching for pipe laying with Veermer T1055 trenching machine.
  • Grinding and extension of material produced in excavation, as well as material produced in felling of right of way.
  • Loading and transport of abundant material.

 

 

Mechanic work

  • Unloading and laying of 30” pipe over the right of way, with vacuum depressor.
  • Welding and alignment of 30” pipe.
  • Manufacturing of curves of different angles according to terrain features.
  • Sandblast in each joint.
  • Application of corrosion protection system (protall) in each joint.
  • 30” pipe laying with the support of pipe-laying machine.
